Return & Refund Policy
Since all our products are handmade with special care and craftsmanship, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered. Each item is crafted individually, which makes it unique and personalized for you.
Damages and issues
We take great pride in the quality of our work. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-returnable items
All handmade items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes custom designs, personalized products, or any limited editions.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in the rare case that your item arrives defective or incorrect. If approved after inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
